Consumer Protections, Scams and Fraud
Fraud, scams and identity theft are increasingly prevalent. Victimization can occur in a variety of areas of our lives including health care, sweepstake schemes sent through the mail and even home repair fraud. It is estimated that older persons account for up to 90% of all fraud victims. There are a variety of entities to investigate these circumstances.
